These guys were in a British comedy show form the 1970's called It Ain't Half Hot Mum set in India and Burma.

A nice one to play, simple but sounds difficult. Has a sinister David Lynch feel about it too, like Blue Velvet? I think he's planning on murdering that rat in the green grass.
